Usually it's Premium Service, not sure about the extra "service".

Most important part is the lie-flat seats.
while on the topic... Is there any easy way of telling which routes have such service?

IN9/PN9?

9 is the number of seats available for booking. IN & PN are (award/upgrade) specific booking class buckets. IIRC @Dan once had a DDMS article about United advanced search that explained the various buckets.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
