Going to Maasai Mara it looks like YF is low risk, but would anyone know if Malaria is high risk, is antimalaria pills recommended?

Anyone know what's up with Chabad there? I've been trying to reach him for weeks now.

Got through to him once before Yom Kippur, he told me he's in the airport and I should whatsapp him. Since then complete radio silence...
