What Is The Highest FICO Score You've Ever Had?

Wondering if I earn bragging rights at my current highest FICO score from Experian - 835. DDF'ers should be the ones on top of their credit game, so what was your highest score ever?

In all honesty, a credit score is non sense. It all depends how THICK that credit file is. For example years ago when I started to apply for credit cards my score started to grow as usual, then I added my wife to some of my exiting credit cards in order to build up her credit, then I applied for her for 1 credit card after a few months her score was 825 with just 1 credit card of her own.
Vs mine was lower with more payment history low utilization etc. A score is just a big picture of how well the person is doing compared to what is in the report. No one should focus on credit score cuz it's really nothing. Just do the basics to keep your file in good standing.

An other example, there can be 2 people who both have a 810 score, 1 of them has 1 credit card under their name, with a payment history of few months, the other one has 10 credit cards with years of 100% on time payment history, few car leases during the years with on time payments. Yet their score is the same.   It's not about the score, it's how big that file is.

these credit scores arent the ones used by lenders and whoever says scores dont matter, is drinking kool aid. scores matter for mortgages, car loans and even cc although the latter less impact except on pricing

It affects mortgages in catogories, over 700 Is just fine. It doesn't matter if it's 725 or 800.

I don't think this is true. While one card can put you in the good 700's, you need a diversified and mature credit history to be in the 800's. Can the experts chime in?

I'm telling you what I saw on several occasions.

I'm currently at 834. At one point a number of years ago I had a perfect 850

there is no way someone with only one credit card with a few months history would have a score of 810 unless they also have other credit with a lenghthly history like a mortgage or car loan
