I would be wary of using a hot tub or jacuzzi in a room of a hotel that is "not super expensive".

I wouldn't be any more wary then using the linen on the bed or taking shower/bath in a regular tub

It looks quite outdated, the beds look small & the location is not so ideal. Not really looking for a night out in Boro Park

The Claridge in Atlantic City has rooms with a "whirlpool" in the room. Was there a few years ago (2019), was a little outdated then, but pretty nice nevertheless. Maybe they refurbished since, but don't know.

I had luck finding rooms with specific amenities (on sites that don't let you filter the results for them) by doing a site specific search on google. For example put in the search "site:marriott.com ny nj ct whirlpool room" (because marriott calls them whirlpool, not jaccuzi). You have to play around with it a bit to make it work but I have used it a bunch of times.
