Right now the billboard at Chestnut Street is not flashing. It has a single display from Amerigroup.

My best guess is that they don't want to go straight from nothing to flashing which could feel like too big of a disturbance.
The softer way is to put one steady ad up and slowly introduce more...just a feeling.

Yup your creations come first. Having hebrew letters will definitely attract more people to choose them.

My feeling is that thaey change too frequently. They would be much less disturbing if they would lengthen the cycle and keep each one up longer.

I also wish they would have some advertising standards. Get rid of all the dumb idiotic babyish Happy Birthday ads.
