any help please!
booked 2 aa premium tickets with online agency and had to cancel, aa tells me cant do trip credit because its a bulk ticket is there anything i can do not to lose value?

LY/AA ticketed by AA. LY check in agent couldn’t see the AA flight segments for the infant on the reservation, so she checked the passengers and bags to ATH where they needed to recheck them for the AA flight to JFK.
Is this common? Does it justify a complaint, and if so, to who?

Anyway to see how many award seats for a specific flight on AA has avlb? Any tools like what's avlb with united?
 Have a specific flight in mind which shows only 1 business seat available, but looking at the seat map there's 13 seats still showing avlb.  Hence, I'm curios to know if there's a back end stats to see exactly what's avlb? Or better luck calling in? Or waiting till it gets closer to the flight?

Assuming this is where Expert flyer would come in handy and can notify me when another seat becomes avlb? Have yet to pay or try ExpertFlyer.

have a RT LAX-ORD. Want to go ORD-MIA, departing 2 hours later from ORD. Phone rep told me that he can't cancel one leg, and as of this second nothing available in J for the first leg, so don't want to risk losing that.
Phone rep recommended cancelling 2nd leg after completing first leg, and said it won't be a problem that there's two contradicting flight from ORD.
Is that correct? DROPR is a big part of my chinuch.

You can try retrieving it by opening the reservation on BA. If it opens choose the option to select seats and it will show the AA PNR.

Alaska charges 4.5k in Y 9k in J and has no change fees with only the $12.50 partner booking fee being nonrefundable vs the QR $25 fee or the EY % of miles fee
