Question is for compensation is it considered an act of god on the part of the airline or a preventable maintenance on the part of the airport
Rumor is since the aircraft is partially composite it will need special structural scans

Does anyone know if the status match program allows rollover loyalty points? Like if i reach 80,000 points in the first four months does the remaining 14k that i didn’t need rollover to next 4 months?

Whats quickest way to get 30 or 40 loyalty points? Cc statement ends in 3 weeks, im on the brink of executive platinum and might have a flight before then. Any ideas?

On my award ticket we were assigned seats together. Actually put us in a row with two out of four seats being extra fee seats and not charging us anything. I would wait to see what they give you.

I haven’t found them to be reliable, i have about 10000 miles in dell still waiting to post, and its been a few weeks. I think some miles just posted today from best buy so i am assuming tomorrow it will show up on my status and trigger the next level. But i really find the aa shopping to be very unreliable

Sometimes it posts within a day or two, just not sure what’s going on there. It wasn’t only dell, also waiting on staples orders, walmart, etc.. that in store trips it says the amount i purchased with order numbers and no miles yet in my account

So I just found out that when you get a higher level than what you were matched to in the status pass, the status you earn only kicks in when the next phase of the 3 phase-cycle begins. So I will not have executive platinum, just platinum pro, until september… 44 days from now. Bummer
