0% APR Companies (Scam?)
« on: July 10, 2023, 02:18:24 PM »
Someone reached out to me about companies advertising 0% APR on $100k for a year.

You pay an upfront fee and they teach you how to get it.

Probably via CC's.

Anyone do these?

For example one site https://getfirstfund.com/

Please don't advertise or promote this on DDMS.

Many uneducated or naive people will be drowning in real debt after the year...

These have been around for many years and some are very legit. I think you pay once approved.
I don't know about this specific one.

Someone just asked me about this one. Anyone know any firsthand info how it works and/or if it's legit?

I had a client that went for one of these companies.  Pretty straight forward. They make your credit look perfect including making you an additional on a relatives card that has the biggest CL. And then they choose cards that will give you the biggest line at 0apr. I'm sure some of these are scams but there are legit people as well

I assume these companies are all using your own credit from CCs as opposed to actually providing cash loans, which some of the advertisements indicate?
