Help with a scam.

Was looking to buy plastic netilas yodayim cups in bulk, came across a listing for 150 pieces for a cheap price, sold by a lakewood seller, ordered them and only one piece arrived.
I contacted the seller, they just say we're sorry and refunded the charge, but all their listings are still up with the same title claiming they are selling 150 pieces. Anything I can do about it ?

Buy 150 of them, and them have them refund you for only sending 1 in each order :)
