Looks like this is on the Cash Back Credit Card, right? looking though the terms with the reference to this being addition to the five percent make that the hunch.

Do you have one or two of these Cash Back (and or Miles, or Chrome) cards? Have heard you can hold two different accounts of the same product. Last I knew still a limit of two credit cards from Discover though.
