Flying Ryanair, Israair Vs ElAL

We are flying from Budapest to Tel Aviv in the fall. We can either fly Ryanair or Israair for  a lot less than ELAL. We know nothing about these 2 airlines. Does any one know a reason we should fly ELAL instead of these two airlines.

ElAl might offer you a meal and free luggage depending on the ticket.
Ryanair wouldn't even let you take a small trolley for free.

Israair allows a full size carry on and probably some form of drink. Should be sufficient for a short route and not worth spending more for Elal
