Best way to book tickets NYC-Israel with mixed points

I'm wanna book 5 tickets to Israel for Sukkot at about $1k/each and have:
120K Amex
105K Delta
110K Chase

What would be the best way to combine those or should I rather sell and buy with cash? If selling, about what will I get for those?

There won't be any bags to recheck; both these flights are with budget airlines it will cost several hundred dollars for bags per passenger.

Well, when a family travels not everyone needs to check a bag. I would never book such an itinerary, but I can see how some would and would pay for a few checked bags. Just need to keep in mind that cost (and time and hassle).
