When trying to checkout with united I see the flight on united but i am getting an error at check out. On air canada it only shows me the flight from NY to YYZ and not the TLV ones. Is there a specials way to book these?

Not sure if you specifically want the yyz connection but Priceline offers a similarly priced and timed itinerary on Delta.
