I think we need more private yeshivas for other minorities in LA. That would solve the problem long term.

So in the 70's when the war on drugs started with massive increases in jail time for dealers and users that was the end of it? I guess we have no drug problem in the US.  :)

The police here are severely handicapped, and there is a general sense of lawlessness. See all the flash mobs robbing department stores.
Cars get stolen very regularly in the best areas, cops don't show up because they are very overloaded. Wait time for a copy of a police report is 23 weeks.
There are homeless people living in RV'S by the thousands who can't be touched, and tens of thousands more living on the street. The courts have the police fully neutered.
That in addition to the no bail laws....
The antisemitic angle is an expected part of galus, and exacerbated by the above.
