Extra Hotel Charges are getting ridiculous

Recently stayed in Hyatt House mt laurel. The hotel is in middle of nowhere, and they charged $5/day for parking by the hotel. Wasn't even disclosed until checkout.

Any recourse? More importantly, how do they get away with this??

Hyatt was just hit with a lawsuit for their destination fees.

I guess at 5k points a night they have to make their money somehow.

The parking fee is listed on their website. Hyatt Place across the street doesn't charge parking.

In May they didn’t charge yet. Must be recent change
