Yes, all passwords have been reset on DDF.

When you log in you must select "For your password?"




You will then get an email with a reset link.

KEEP IN MIND, it may go to your forums tab in gmail or spam. So be sure to check all folders.

You can also search "New password for DansDeals.com Forums"

If you can't remember what email you used, on mobile, you can select all inboxes and search the term above to help find it as well.

This was done because there have been hacks on existing DDF accounts seemingly due to weak and old reused passwords. Hopefully this will solve that problem.

Please, be sure to select a strong password, you can generate one here https://www.lastpass.com/features/password-generator#generatorTool just click copy password.

Was especially frustrating for me because I am on a terrible connection today. (I find that terrible connections are good enough only for checking DDF. Can't get anything else done on it. Hmm...) My attempt to reset my password was interrupted by the bad connection - it took me three attempts to get the password reset to stick. (And I KNEW that I was typing the right password. I use several computers - some of which are public - so I type my password manually all the time.)
I "reset" my password to my old one. I had already checked this morning to see if my password was listed at haveibeenpwned and it wasn't there.

A couple of years ago, I stopped getting emails from this forum. The issue is ongoing.
Presumably, this forum is blocked and others are having the same issue.

I had the same issue. It took a while until I realized I set a rule to send them all to trash.

MS Hotmail/Live blocks messages and is generally a garbage email provider.
Try switching to Gmail?

This. Outlook.com has the same problem (that is, anything affiliated with Microsoft), and it doesn't even go to trash / spam - it just doesn't come. I switched off when I became frustrated enough.

Not at all. I was from the first to get Gmail when it was in invite only beta. Only started using outlook this year.

Had the same question. I started with customer service, they couldn't/didn't help. An online search at the time revealed that it was common enough, had been occurring for years, and was not being fixed. I had been using Outlook for years (at least eight) after switching off Gmail because of Google Plus plugins that my filter couldn't handle without the nuclear option (again, at the time). Now I use Zohomail of all things. I love the simplicity and it just works. Never looked back (except to set up autoforwarding), although Netfree is touch and go regarding letting me access it.

Are you sure? The email didn't go anywhere. It officially got sent from the sender, but didn't show up by me in spam nor in trash.
