It works.  You have to enter the promo code at the beginning, not at checkout:

At the top of the homepage, enter your dates and number of guests, then click “Book Stay”.

Before continuing with a room selection (which will show all rooms with regular prices), you need to put in the promo code, located at the top of the page (located in the filter box, next to dates, guest number, room type).

After you apply the promo code, the three room options with our special pricing will appear.

As of now, there are no separate hours that I am aware of.  I was told that someone is considering booking an after hours boys only group (for an additional fee), but nothing concrete yet...
