In case this info might be helpful to others, it turns out this wasn't a stretch at all. Pure Cold Press has tons of gluten free options and was delicious!

Looking at an 8 hour layover (including getting through immigration). Is there a reasonable way of doing some sightseeing and getting a kosher lunch, with enough time to get back to the airport 90 mins before a 7pm flight?
