Think of Moving?

Airports:
  • CLE is about 15 minutes from downtown and 25-30 minutes from the Jewish community.  It's a focus city for Frontier, Spirit, and United.
  • The RTA (Rapid transit train) at Brookpark station has free parking and is just 1 train stop (3 minutes) to the stop inside the airport. The train costs $2.50 and the schedule is here: http://www.riderta.com/routes/redline/schedules/current#WestboundWeekday
An uber from Brookpark station to CLE is about $10.
  • Uber between the Jewish community and CLE is about $30.
  • CLE off-site parking is about $9/day, on-site parking is $17-$22/day, and curbside valet parking is $35/day.
  • CAK is ~40 minutes from the Jewish community and located nearby the NFL Hall of Fame.
  • Uber between the Jewish community and CAK is about $45.

Hotels:
  • There is a Hyatt Place in Legacy Village within walking distance of the Jewish community, though it's located just outside of the Eruv. It costs only 8K points/night.
  • There is a nice Hyatt Regency downtown for 12K points/night (25 minutes drive) in a unique vintage arcade building and an excellent spa that gives hotel guests 25% off and accepts SpaFinder certs from Costco that can be purchased for an additional 20% off.
  • The nicest hotel in Cleveland is like the Ritz-Carlton downtown. Marriott's Metropolitan at The 9 is also highly regarded, with a bar in an old vault. There is also a Hilton, Westin, and Kimpton downtown.

Transportation:
  • There is a subway/light rail connecting the airport with downtown, University Circle (where the Case campus and many museums are) and the Jewish community area, but renting a car is pretty much required unless you are just going between the airport and downtown.

MINI TR

I Signed up for SW cc, got 50k points.  I ended up using it for a total of 10! Tickets.

3 to Chicago, during mid winter vacation.
On Erev shavuos, there was a 3 day SW Sale and I found $49 tix to Akron. I also had a 20% off coupon , so I ended up getting 7 free tickets,(From points) then I bought 3 for $294

Our Flight (LGA-CAK) was delayed 3 hours, I got email while we were loading car so I knew before hand, so we just stayed home.
We Left to lga, and arrived 45 min prior to flight.(got $100 voucher for each person for delay) The Airport was hot, like a 3rd world country, so I used my AA executive card to take all 10 of us into admirals club, ate our supper + got as much soda as everyone wanted.(Children)

I Rented 12 passenger van in Akron, used sapphire to rent- so I wouldn't have to pay ins ect...  Stayed in Sheraton in Akron, 2 suites for cash + points. Nice place.

We Drove to Sandusky and went to Cedar Point.  Park is dated, bathrooms need to be upgraded, but over all experience was great....no lines. Seems that in Ohio they started school already(End of August). Went to African safari- got tickets from groupon posted the day I left.

Also went to putin bay, kind of expensive to get there, but renting bikes & golf carts, was well worth it!
Drove back to Beachwood, stayed @ ALOFT using  spg points (3 rooms).

When I returned car, I payed for it using Barclay card.

More than 4BR is always gonna be tough, you should have said so.
A 4BR won't cut it?

What about these?
http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2596-S-Green-Rd-Beachwood-OH-44122/33680690_zpid/
http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/24474-Maidstone-Ln-Beachwood-OH-44122/33694024_zpid/

This house is also FSBO, though way overpriced last time I checked: http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/23901-Timberlane-Dr-Beachwood-OH-44122/33693574_zpid/
I don't think 4BR would work, or else s/t can be switched..
Does the first one have all "Beachwood" taxes.. Or university hieghts? (It says in description  University Heights POS compliant) this family is only looking for Beachwood
What range is the FSBO, similar to zillow estimate?
