Think of Moving?

Airports:
  • CLE is about 15 minutes from downtown and 25-30 minutes from the Jewish community.  It's a focus city for Frontier, Spirit, and United.
  • The RTA (Rapid transit train) at Brookpark station has free parking and is just 1 train stop (3 minutes) to the stop inside the airport. The train costs $2.50 and the schedule is here: http://www.riderta.com/routes/redline/schedules/current#WestboundWeekday
An uber from Brookpark station to CLE is about $10.
  • Uber between the Jewish community and CLE is about $30.
  • CLE off-site parking is about $9/day, on-site parking is $17-$22/day, and curbside valet parking is $35/day.
  • CAK is ~40 minutes from the Jewish community and located nearby the NFL Hall of Fame.
  • Uber between the Jewish community and CAK is about $45.
  • CAK parking is $7/day for long-term and $15-$18/day for short-term.

Hotels:
  • There is a Hyatt Place in Legacy Village within walking distance of the Jewish community, though it's located just outside of the Eruv. It costs only 8K points/night.

  • The nicest hotel in Cleveland is like the Ritz-Carlton downtown. Marriott's Metropolitan at The 9 is also highly regarded, with a bar in an old vault. There is also a Hilton, Westin, and Kimpton downtown.

Transportation:
  • There is a subway/light rail connecting the airport with downtown, University Circle (where the Case campus and many museums are) and the Jewish community area, but renting a car is pretty much required unless you are just going between the airport and downtown.

Finally had some of ungars bakery stuff. Had a plain glazed donut type of thing and a cinnamon bun with lemon topping (I don't know what it's called).

Glazed thing was good. Lemon thing was too lemony for me.

They also had a big apple tortilla type of thing. Looked good but I didn't have time or stomach room to eat/buy it. So I'll leave it for round two if there'll be one.

Ordered an assortment of nuggets/poppers and a sandwich via Uber for dinner.
Solid overall and the kids enjoyed.

I think the breading needs more spice/flavor.
BBQ sauce should be swapped for a different one, this one doesn't do it for me at all. The other dipping sauces that came with the order were also mediocre.
Popper sauce needs to be more bold/spicier and more sauce used.
The hoagie bread is OK I guess? Maybe better if toasted? Also, it's massive, should definitely have a smaller option.

Looking forward to see how it iterates.

Never understood for whom they make these white tasteless club breads.

Same. Odd choice.
Hopefully, a better option is found.

Chicken from left is crunchy fingers, pretzel nuggets, BBQ fingers, Buffalo nuggets, smoky nuggets, and flaky fingers. Maybe they can bring back the popper sauce from LeChaim? That was a very solid sauce with a perfect balance of heat and sweet.

Sandwich is Flaky Chicken on a baguette. The French would take offence to that being called a baguette. ;D

Coated fries and Seasoned, Nashville hot, and Mesquite. All are good and fairly similar, but with different levels of heat.

Which comes in large and small sizes, both equally inedible, yet the small ones makes it onto all fancy tables.
