Think of Moving?

Airports:
  • CLE is about 15 minutes from downtown and 25-30 minutes from the Jewish community.  It's a focus city for Frontier, Spirit, and United.
  • The RTA (Rapid transit train) at Brookpark station has free parking and is just 1 train stop (3 minutes) to the stop inside the airport. The train costs $2.50 and the schedule is here: http://www.riderta.com/routes/redline/schedules/current#WestboundWeekday
An uber from Brookpark station to CLE is about $10.
  • Uber between the Jewish community and CLE is about $30.
  • CLE off-site parking is about $9/day, on-site parking is $17-$22/day, and curbside valet parking is $35/day.

  • The nicest hotel in Cleveland is like the Ritz-Carlton downtown. Marriott's Metropolitan at The 9 is also highly regarded, with a bar in an old vault. There is also a Hilton, Westin, and Kimpton downtown.

Transportation:
  • There is a subway/light rail connecting the airport with downtown, University Circle (where the Case campus and many museums are) and the Jewish community area, but renting a car is pretty much required unless you are just going between the airport and downtown.

Firstly, I assume from ny but not stated...
Secondly, imho there really is nowhere fun to stop. If you really can't do 7ish hours straight you'll have to crash at random highway hotel, then keep going next day.

I meant NY. It doesn't have to be a fun place, just a nice hotel option.

$100/month mortgage :D
http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3521-Bainbridge-Rd-Cleveland-Heights-OH-44118/33655733_zpid/

it's worth it just for that piece of land -- it's 5,401 sq. feet. That's a great flat lot for that price. (Perhaps the owners owe money?)

Perhaps? Perhaps that's what "09/02/15 Sold: Foreclosed to lender" means :)

Jerusalem Grill's felafel has gotten surprisingly good of late. Try it on a Monday when it's $5 with a free can of soda.

Lots of nice Hampton Inns along the 80, and some Holiday Inn Expresses as well. Clearfield, PA is the halfway point of the drive.

Thanks for the info. Friend of mine, recently told me there's a brand new Holiday inn in Clearfield PA. We'll probably stay there.

In all seriousness, Dave is really hitting his stride:

Looks delicious. Perhaps we'd consider a trip. (If you had a choice between the Ribeye steak or the Apple-Braised Ribs, curious -- which one would you choose?)

+1   :)
(Or we upgrade to the 18 oz steak and we'd have the 2 entrees for 4 pple -- 2 adults and 2 children.) the "Chocolate Mousse Roulade Flourless chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache" looks amazing.
