Think of Moving?

Airports:
  • CLE is about 15 minutes from downtown and 25-30 minutes from the Jewish community.  It's a focus city for Frontier, Spirit, and United.
  • The RTA (Rapid transit train) at Brookpark station has free parking and is just 1 train stop (3 minutes) to the stop inside the airport. The train costs $2.50 and the schedule is here: http://www.riderta.com/routes/redline/schedules/current#WestboundWeekday
An uber from Brookpark station to CLE is about $10.
  • Uber between the Jewish community and CLE is about $30.
  • CLE off-site parking is about $9/day, on-site parking is $17-$22/day, and curbside valet parking is $35/day.

  • The nicest hotel in Cleveland is like the Ritz-Carlton downtown. Marriott's Metropolitan at The 9 is also highly regarded, with a bar in an old vault. There is also a Hilton, Westin, and Kimpton downtown.

Transportation:
  • There is a subway/light rail connecting the airport with downtown, University Circle (where the Case campus and many museums are) and the Jewish community area, but renting a car is pretty much required unless you are just going between the airport and downtown.

Yes. It was indeed very good, though perhaps a notch under those places.

And now, Cleveland is getting hit with snow... again.

Seriously, what's up with this place? Didn't they get the memo that it's supposed to be spring already?! >:(

Truth is the conversation is going in circles, and unless you want to sit there for hours having your posts dissected and bashed, and then defending what you've wrote....over and over again....Just sounds like a big waste o' time to me.

I keep chk'ing the weather reports, hoping is miraculously warms up by the time I land.
And the beautiful 70ish degree weather in Israel isn't making the dread any better.

Their Felafel Pizza with extra sauce is decent.

Would they make me one or two slices, or do I have to order a whole pie?
