Think of Moving?

Airports:
  • CLE is about 15 minutes from downtown and 25-30 minutes from the Jewish community.  It's a focus city for Frontier, Spirit, and United.
  • The RTA (Rapid transit train) at Brookpark station has free parking and is just 1 train stop (3 minutes) to the stop inside the airport. The train costs $2.50 and the schedule is here: http://www.riderta.com/routes/redline/schedules/current#WestboundWeekday
An uber from Brookpark station to CLE is about $10.
  • Uber between the Jewish community and CLE is about $30.
  • CLE off-site parking is about $9/day, on-site parking is $17-$22/day, and curbside valet parking is $35/day.

  • The nicest hotel in Cleveland is like the Ritz-Carlton downtown. Marriott's Metropolitan at The 9 is also highly regarded, with a bar in an old vault. There is also a Hilton, Westin, and Kimpton downtown.

Transportation:
  • There is a subway/light rail connecting the airport with downtown, University Circle (where the Case campus and many museums are) and the Jewish community area, but renting a car is pretty much required unless you are just going between the airport and downtown.

I'm in Cleveland for second days Yom Tov. Is there anything worthwhile to do in Cleveland? I've already been to the musuems (art & science), zoo, casino, Fannie Mae and Cedar Point. I saw the Wiki I guess I'm asking for personal suggestions.

What's Fannie Mae?
And how do you expect personal suggestions without saying what you like to do?

Fannie Mae is the short chocolate making tour right next to CAK. I think it also goes by Harry David.

I'm usually into outdoorsy things. I've heard about the Metro parks but have never really been to them.

Off the top of your head which would be the best for Hoshana Rabbah? Would the trees be changing color by then? Thanks.

Great for all age ranges. Also has a little kiddie area.

Yeah, go hunting for CVSs that still take CC for gift cards, unlike NYC. That's how I kept busy... :P
