Seeking: Commercial Coffee/Hot-Water Urn

Apparently, the go-to Urn for Shuls and Yeshivos has been the Cecilware/Grindmaster ME15EN model.
It seems to have been discontinued about 2 years ago and is out of stock in all stores that I see on Google.
If anyone has any leads to a store that still has it(perhaps a local store without an online presence), please let me know.

Its replacement is digital so it makes extra problems for Shabbos/Y"T, but if you know of something similar to the original, it would be appreciated as well.

Ask for an alternative? Kerekes or Culinary depot should know if there are any models that can be used on Shabbos or tweaks that can be applied to make it permissible.

Kerekes suggested something way bigger and more expensive than what we need.

So you need to? Hechsherim don't usually do it when they go to a hotel IIRC.

We ended up going with this from prepzone. Less than ideal for y"t but perfect for shabbos.

There is no removable cover. On regular mode the light flickers with every cup taken.

Closes the line and keeps the urn on. Normally it would auto shut off when it gets below a certian level because the computer would think theres a problem.

I have the 40 cup version of this, but they also have a 100 cup version. We've been very happy with it.

Until now we've been using 2 of these but it was getting annoying to fill up a couple of times daily on weekdays from the sink (replacing the aerator with a short hose) and switching between them. One of them just broke (again), so we finally decided to upgrade.
