Are there any property managers in the house?
« on: January 24, 2012, 05:59:07 AM »
I'm looking for a software for a small sized property management company that would track expenses,  create work orders, print checks, track rentals, add late fees, and etc.
Any advice appreciated.

Question for property managers:

When you create a work order, how do you sync your schedules with your supers private (tenants that contact him personally) repair schedule?

From what I hear from friends in the business is that thier strict policy is all work orders must go through the managment and if a tenant complainsthat they "told the super" too bad, and thier very strict about it. .. that being said not all supers will listen...

Why would I want that? I would a lot rather the complaints taken care of asap by the super. My prob is for the complaints that come into the office get scheduled and I dont want to double book on repairs.

if you are paying you're super by the work order, you would want to keep track of what he's done so you dont get charged twice. and once he has completed the job he can summit the work or to get $$. #gethimmotvited

Is there any way to run a credit check on a prospective tenant from Israel? Do they have any credit bureaus similar to what we have here?
