best cc for baggage cvg

been out of the international travel game for a while. just booked tix to israel. Booked on amex bonvoy bevy bec i used to (like a decade ago) get great cvg with premium baggage delay and damage protection for both carry-ons and checked bags. they even still charge my card $10 whenver i book a flight just never bothered taking it off. remember seeing though now that this cvg may have changed.
I also have venture x , Chase SP, a few ink business prefferred, hyatt biz and reg and freedom unlimited. searched forums for an hour, not getting anywhere.
I'm thinking I can call elal and have them switch it up and charge a different card tomorrow bec still within 24 hours.
Any ideas which has best cvg overall?

just spoke to amex and the rep is saying 200 for delay and 500 for damage. thats a huge drop in cvg...

Thank you. ended canceling flights and rebooked w united miles and CSR. (p.s. El-al says it takes  30- 45 days for the refund to hit my cc, I had canceled within 24 hours of booking.... pretty crazy imho)
