I got this for inactivity on my account, they gave no warning in advance.

I lost 79,015 points  :(

I called them the day I got the email, but they could not reinstate it. They could only submit a complaint, which may or may not get responded to.

Do I have any recourse?
Anyone else had luck with at least getting to redeem the points.

Was this you’re only card? Did they close all your cards or just one of them?

Did you spend on other cards if you had any?

I had one card that i never use anymore, and one i use all the time, and cap1 emailed me that i lost majority of credit on that card I don’t use but I can ask to have it reinstated, which they did on the spot
