Passover in Florida/California - Vacation Rental

Does anyone have any ideas as to a good place to get a large vacation rental (14+ people) in Florida or California during passover? Preferably near a Chabad shul. I found a couple good choices on homeaway.com, but any suggestions would be great.

Any recommendations for caterers who provide good kosher for passover catering in southern Florida or in the Los Angeles area?

Palm Springs Cali. Dan has mentioned his stays there for Pesach in the past.
