After clicking on redeem, the screen says redeemed but then the offer is still there to click on and the discount is not reflective of my account

I too did not get confirmation, nor was it showing on my next bill estimate.

I waited a bit but then called customer service and they applied it. Idk why it wasn't working when I did it my self.

@mochjas thank you! Just saved $720. Had to chat because it didn’t auto apply. In addition I saved another $600 that I was billed for by mistake.
PSA: if you had a phone line that was suspended before 1/1/2023 it may have been reactivated. For some reason when they phased out 3g they reactivated my suspended line. BH they credited me back for 2 years worth
