its the same idea of Myhabit from amazon. Its free membership to sign up/ "Invatation only" is a marketing ploy.

I happened to just be on paypal and see on the right side of the screen it says as a paypal user you get access to rue la la.  I had seen this thread earlier today and remembered that someone was looking for an invite.  Should be an easy way to get in.
