Can it be a war crime if it was an accident? I took it as it can only be a war crime if it was a deliberate shot by Israel. Don't hold your breath for that independent investigation and a follow up from her after that, her mission was accomplished and as Hamas's North American public relations Chief she'd very much like to move on to the next propaganda scam

Yes, it is a war crime no matter who is responsible (playing her game). Let's say it was an accident. Shooting a rocket to kill civilians in Israel is a war crime. Saying oops we killed are own people by accident would still make it a war crime.

This rocket is only 1 of many thousands of rockets raining down on Israeli cities daily. The world only cares about this one because it landed on palestinians instead of its intended target. Nobody cares if it hits Israeli hospitals, kindergartens, or private homes.
Everybody was hoping to make Israel look like monsters.
