What is CNN's source? What is the estimate (very wide range) based on?

This is a hospital. Hospitals have morgues. Easy to pull out bodies for a Pallywood production. And if they are all "wrapped in white cloth, blankets or black plastic bags." how do we even know if these are human corpses? Pallywood productions has been known to use dolls.

In order to claim hundreds of deaths, there would have had to be hundreds of people hanging around the parking lot. From what I can tell from the images, the hospital appears to have suffered one broken window and some damage to the facade near that window. Also a bit of shrapnel damage to the roof of a building nearby.

On the other hand, CNN is claiming now that their 100-300 death count report is from a US intelligence document they viewed....

I suppose it's possible that every inch of that parking lot was packed with people, but it surely seems very unlikely.

It should've been obvious to international reporters on the ground that there couldn't possibly be 471 casualties, but of course the "health ministry" must know better.
