If Israel endeavors to destroy Hamas infrastructure (including tunnels) they must enter Gaza for a ground assult, so I don’t think it’s a bluff.

I'm not so knowledgeable on bombs and such, but America has bunker busters that would destroy tunnels, question is whether they would give them to Israel to use considering the massive collateral damage they cause.
