Pretty much. There were tens of thousands around the world already on Oct 7 and 8, but the very first weekend after the attack, October 13 and 14 had humungous protests in all major cities around the world, many seeing tens of thousands. Campuses and such had protests the week of Oct 8th

Interesting. I don’t know the precise data but it’s fair to be concerned that rallying against Palestinian sympathizers will fuel their hatred. The counter argument would be the the pros outweigh the cons.

Read up some history from the 20’s & 30’s. It was pretty frightening.
They didn’t have many of the incitement laws yet to fight it.

And what exactly is their plan? To trap and suffocate/starve them? Does that mean they've given up on the hostages?

I think it is fair to be concerned that Jews marching will attract danger from antisemites, but I think it is harmful to perpetuate a fundamental lie that it is Jewish actions that cause or antagonize hatred and violence. We have to do what we need to do with pride and shtoltz. Whether or not that includes marching in Washington is up for debate.

Nazism was very popular back then. They had indoctrination camps here. The big universities were very cozy with the nazis.
A lot of that changed when Lansky & his men started “attending” these rallies. A fascinating part of history.

It all ended when we were attacked & the government realized there were lots of enemy combatants living here. Lansky provided them with a comprehensive list he had compiled over the years of every nazi living here & where to find them.

They ostensibly destroy all the shafts they find, so I doubt they know how many tunnel entrances there are but they might have broad estimates.

As for the hostages, I don’t think they’re telling anyone their plans.

Arab media reporting deal reached to free 100 hostages. Arab media also reporting that Israel military censors imposed a media blackout on news about the prisoner swap. There have beeen plenty of rumors going around the last few days so let see if this one is substantiated.

Right so by the time 1943 Rabbis' March it wasn't an issue anymore.
