Am I the only one wondering that the deal with extensions stops at 100 hostages (out of more than 200)? What do they know and are hiding from us? Are the rest non-Israeli? Not alive?
The paperwork you shared stated ישראלים חיים. Which makes for two exclusions. Then you have ones that aren’t in Hamas’ hands (not sure PIJ or others will include theirs in Hamas negotiations, though I would think they would), or otherwise unaccounted for by Hamas.
Could also be because some parties that opposed the deal reportedly agreed to it with a cap of 10 days, and 100 is all they were able to negotiate for that time period. It could be Hamas wanted other concessions for men/soldiers.
