Awful on all fronts. Doesn’t even seem to include all hostages, yet unless concessions on Israel’s part that will only perpetuate the dysfunction.

Why would hamas ever agree to release all hostages ? That’s their life insurance. Once there are no more hostages (& ceasefire ends) the Israelis carpet-bomb the place.

Counterintuitive to leak this as a feeler though because it moves the goalposts from the Hamas end.
Me thinks the latter is true, and they have no plans of agreeing to a deal. If Bibi thinks he still has a political future, he knows that a deal even half this bad is suicide.
