I don't see the entire tweet (filter), but what I do see, reminded me of what I was thinking this morning as I was getting soaked to the skin by the gishmei bracha in JLM:
The weather until now has been pretty much a non-factor as could be. We've had quite a temperate winter and not tons of rain, and even that doesn't quite affect the landscape in the sandy soil of gaza as it does in the mud of Ukraine (see WWII...)
The winter is coming to an end. The needs for water and protection from the sun and heat (possibly as soon as the beginning of nissan) will put quite a stress on both the IDF (supply lines and amount of time a troop can be active in the field) as well as exacerbating the "humanitarian" crisis...
On the other hand, Hamas will lose the benefit of cloud cover obscuring its activities...
