here are a couple of informative thoughts on the suspension from Jpost commenters:
Eylon Levy was brought up and educated in the UK (and we British Jews are very proud of him indeed). Being so, he’s more than well-versed in UK politico-speak, he knows all its prevarications and obfuscations and is undoubtedly just as ‘hacked off’ with it as all sensible people are here in the UK.
And so on reading Cameron’s self-righteous cant (and list of demands), he saw it all for what it was and in another moment of eyebrow-raising exasperation, called it out 👏 Politely, firmly and truthfully he called it out and petty Cameron objected.
I can’t altogether blame Bibi in the circumstances who’s having to tread a cautious path through daily minefields of the West’s lies and prevarications in order to do what needs to be done. Very difficult indeed. Having one of those mines apparently then blow up before his eyes won’t have helped.
Shame …. but then it is only a suspension. I guess Bibi’s been forced diplomatically to be seen to be remonstrating Levy? No doubt he agrees with him …. on the quiet that is 🤫 No saying that they’re not talking to each other at all.😏

Nope. The reason he was sacked is simply because he was not authorised to respond to Cameron regarding the conversations between Cameron and Gantz. Gantz' trip to the UK and US two weeks ago were conducted against orders from his boss Bibi, therefore Gantz was speaking as a private citizen and a seditionist.
Levy, who spent the year leading up to the Oct 7 attack committing sedition (his involvement in the anti-Judicial Reform movement) against the elected gov't and people of Israel himself, putting wind in the sails of Hammas to launch their attack, gave Gantz legitimacy by responding to Cameron without authorization from Bibi, in direct contradiction to Bibi's stance. Take note that no one in the gov't has addressed the issue of Gantz' unsubordination or the content of his illegal talks in other countries on his trip abroad, for the very reason that to do so would give Gantz' legitimacy for his actions.
No one has condemned the content of Levy's Tweet. He is welcome to speak openly as a private citizen, but not as a gov't spokesman. He was simply fired for insubordination.
