This is what shocks me most about the Islamic Jihad caused al-Ahli Hopital tragedy.

One rocket killed what seems to be 250-500 people.

Hamas & Islamic Jihad have targeted civilians and fired over 4,500 rockets at Israel in the past week.

Every single one of those rockets has the power to kill up to 500 civilians.

That means they have fired rockets capable of killing 2,250,000 civilians.

From what I see, low end estimates are 250 high end at 500.

...but to come to 2.2m civilians? Two atomic bombs didn't killed nowhere near that many. It won't seem credible and your point will be lost IMHO.

The overall notion is valid; but I think the numbers are wayyyy off.

The ONLY source that hundreds were killed is Hamas. I don't believe them that a single person died, let alone 100's. The only reason to believe that people were killed is because the photographic evidence clearly shows that something did indeed happen in the parking lot. Could be 10 could be 100, we don't know.

Additionally, even of it were a mass casualty event on large scale, it was only exacerbated because it was filled with civilians. Their rockets most certainly do not have the fire power to case 100's of deaths, unless in a packed arena. So to use 250-500 as the baseline is a mathematical fallacy.

However, the point that should be made is that, strangely, once it became clear that Israel hasn't done it, the fact that a hospital was attacked no longer seems to alarming.

Please, you don't believe that. If חס וחלילה Israelis didn't have shelters and they were unprotected, Hamas most certainly would not have a high kill rate, relatively speaking.

I would guess an average of 3-5 on the higher end.

Thanks for sharing, I don't think the translation is bad at all. It just doesn't give over the message the same way as the original.
