Jackson Hinkle, a former publicist and professional surfer, is a U.S. citizen residing in California who presents himself as a political commentator, defining himself as a communist and a supporter of former President Donald Trump. He maintains a popular Twitter account known as 'חשבון X' (formerly Twitter), which he exploits for the dissemination of falsehoods.

For instance, at the beginning of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, he praised and applauded Putin, even when it became clear that Russia was deeply involved in the Ukrainian crisis. Furthermore, allegations have arisen against him that he may be a Russian spy.

He generates significant amounts of fake news, ranging from denying the horrifying massacre carried out by Hamas terrorists and civilians from the Gaza Strip when they infiltrated Israel during the celebration of Simchat Torah, to accusing Israel of behaving like ISIS, rather than terrorist organizations, and claiming that Israel commits murders alongside Palestinians.

After provoking his false propaganda against Israel, an Israeli hacker group called 'We Red Evils' decided to take action. They blocked his WhatsApp accounts and prevented him from receiving money from his followers who enjoyed the lies he spread.

In their statement, they wrote: 'In a focused effort and a lot of hard work, we have completely shut down Jackson Hinkle's private and business WhatsApp accounts, which he has been using consecutively for 5 years. However, we have blocked him from the option of receiving money or tips through the LocalS app he has been using for years.'

In conclusion, they threatened: 'If the incitement against the State of Israel does not stop, we will begin taking down Account X, and Alon Musk (Elon Musk) will be next in line. The arms are everywhere.'

Hinkle himself confirmed that he was blocked and even complained about it to his followers on the platform.

From the body of the article- "A 69-year-old man died after suffering a head injury during an altercation at demonstrations for Palestinians and Israelis in Thousand Oaks, California, Sunday, and his death has been ruled a homicide, authorities said."  "An autopsy found “the cause of death to be blunt force head injury and the manner of death homicide,” the sheriff’s office said."
Here's the definition of homicide- "the killing of one person by another" -(oxford)
It would be wholly appropriate the use the term killed. And there's no more excuse of waiting for law enforcement.

I don't think he should be banned from X however, every single post from this fellow needs a community note. Those who don't care about the truth won't listen and those who do at least will have sources to prove he is wrong.


Also the monetary aspect. Musk said any tweet with a community note is not eligible for monetary compensation. He is getting the most impressions on X and by adding a community note to every post he will loose that push to publish false information.

I think you're kind of missing the point here. No one has any problem with upholding sterling journalistic standards and being careful with exactly what you report especially when every word matters and waiting a bit will allow you to gain clarity on the facts. They are just contrasting the headlines on this story with say this:

There is an obvious difference in how the stories were initially reported when there was a clear opportunity to wait for facts to become clear. And wondering rightfully whether the identities of the perceived victims and aggressors may have had a role in that disparity.
