Thanks! Our situation is the same.  The green light was a huge misunderstanding and supposedly will be reversed since there are still no schools or services in the area.  You can officially go back, but only about 70 (mostly single and elderly people) have for obvious reasons.

Seems like with the air defense systems, the enemy firing at you is no longer considered a declaration of war, for whatever reason. Same with the Houthis and other terror group in the ME, as long there is no US casualties they must not respond.

The practicality of being in a peaceful situation without feeling worried is worth something

only the towns that did not experience the rockets where somewhat not worried. Those that did had constant worry.

Rediculous that this is being billed as the first step towards a potential future hostage deal when red cross visits to all hostages was a condition of the prior hostage deal. Who's going to confirm the patients recieved the medication, when we don't even have confirmation that they are alive?

Underground? It's unlikely that'll work. If anything they'll try to follow where it's brought, to the extent possible.
