UA Outsourcing All Staff At 28 Airports

ANC, ATL, BDL, BIL, BNA, BOI, GEG, GSO, IND, JAX, MCI, MFE, MIA, OKC, OMA, ONT, ORF, PBI, PVD, RDU, RIC, RNO, RSW, SAT, SJC, SMF, STL, TUL.

Very sad. The outsourced staff are usually bumbling idiots who can't fix anything. Never mind trying to setup a plan B properly.

I was commiserating with a friendly checkin agent at MCI before one of the final MCI-CLE flights and we both took our pot-shots at Jeffie and wondered what he would cut next.

so it's not enough that I have to deal with phone reps, nOW they are in airports? This is a disaster that has apparently already happened. Hopefully the other airlines won't follow suit.
