If it says, for example:

It means as of now they are not flying until Dec. 5, not including, meaning they are set to restart on Dec 5.

Many airlines keep on pushing off the restart date.

Feel free to correct or add to the list, especially when an airline starts flying - but change the date the list was updated. North America in bold.

Trying to get my sister back to Israel after DL cancelled her flight.
The DL agent is offering just AF through JFK-CDG-TLV, even though I'd prefer (for her sake) DL for JFK-CDG and LY CDG-TLV, and ExpertFlyer shows availability in Y.

Should I HUCA? Or just accept it?

I just had similar, DL does not offer, even after many huca , LY availability I eventually booked through flying blue. It doesn't show on the app, and they can't see it.

Delta can only rebook onto flights that they can see. Whatever shows on the site they can rebook to. As far as I can tell, that’s all US flights and LY 316 from London

I know someone who got rebooked from DL direct to LY323 TLV-CDG and DL245 CDG-JFK

We had reservations Economy (S) 3 family members JFK-TLV DL Nonstop Depart 8/18 and Return 8/25.
Flights are cancelled.
What are our options?
We can book on AF -TLV via CDG, but were hoping to get into the El-Al nonstops.
Alternately is there a way to get refunded instead of E-credits?

Any information or a link would be appreciated.

Yes, call Delta and they should be able to do any of the options that you mentioned (depending on how full the flights are).
