Here is a site with updated list of airlines flying or not flying:
https://www.passportcard.co.il/article/airlines-at-war/
in Hebrew

If it says, for example:
לא (כל הטיסות מבוטלות עד ל05.09)

It means as of now they are not flying until Dec. 5, not including, meaning they are set to restart on Dec 5.

Many airlines keep on pushing off the restart date.

Used to be the other way around.;)

I guess we need to give it time for them to gauge demand.

The way they report random sources saying as fact really gets under my skin.
And then every Jewish media site reports it as fact.

Such shoddy journalisming.

And yet, they were 0/2. That's rumor mongering, not news reporting.

Seems like NJ's Governor Murphy is taking credit for United resuming routes to Israel. Here is a press release from Murphy:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 4, 2025

Statement by Governor Murphy on Direct Flights to Israel from New Jersey Returning on United Airlines

“I welcome United Airlines’ decision to resume non-stop service to Tel Aviv, Israel from Newark Liberty International Airport following service disruptions after the horrific October 7 terrorist attacks by Hamas. Last week, I spoke with airline leadership following my meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog about the negative impact caused by the lack of flights. Israel remains a critical ally and economic partner to our state. This important move eases travel difficulties for businesses, the Jewish community, and many others in New Jersey and will allow families to travel to see loved ones or host them in time for the Passover holiday.”

They were lucky, there is no difference between two days and two weeks... they didn't know.
The only rule when it comes to flying is that it is all UP IN THE AIR!
