Audi on Demand (frmr Silvercar) new insurance requirement

Effective immediately, all customers must provide personal or corporate full-coverage auto insurance. Coverage through credit cards will not be accepted.

A credit card wont cover it or just at check-in you have to show them a different form of insurance?
