Need Help with My Lost Points on AMEX

Without realizing it, I reached the maximum annual spend for the 5% Amazon rewards category on my Amex Business Amazon card. Consequently, I stopped earning 5x points for several months on $70,000 worth of purchases. Is there a contact at American Express with whom I can discuss the possibility of receiving a courtesy reimbursement for these points?

Not gleeful at all. I legitimately feel bad for you. My point is to show how the BG's strategy of BC deals can cost real money, not just opportunity cost; I've posted about this a couple times already.
