Chase late payment: Removeable?

Hi everyone,

I usually have all of my cards on auto pay but an obscure one somehow didn't have it.

I just got hit with the late payment report on EXP.

Does anyone have contact info for Chase to send a letter or remove or should I (and how to) dispute with EXP directly?

Have seen reports about Barclays but couldn't find chase.

All the time with a good will letter. I would mail it and not SM.

Had one a a few years back. No amount of gw letters helped.

It is not 100% and every creditor/situation is different.
