Free TripIt Pro With AMEX Plat Ending 3/31

Just got this notice on my last AMEX statement.

I actually want to upgrade to TripIt Pro so I can get a free Regus club Membership. But for some reason My BB 9000 won't install the Amex Travel app needed to upgrade to TripIt Pro.

I've seen some report of AMEX giving $35 credits to people who couldn't upgrade to Pro.
