the lowest fares I see are through BRU for under $900 and perhaps aerosivit - although I rather not fly through Kiev.
Just a word about some of my past experiences...
(I tried cfares and exploretrip last year but I was disappointed...
They raised the fare after I purchased the ticket...
and I did not want to cancel since it was too close to the flight time..
they also did not book with the airline quick enough so I could not get a kosher meal...
- when I called the airline they could not find my reservation...- so I could not order the meal.
