There is also http://www.rentpayment.com/ and they charge a $20 flat fee no matter the amount. Figure out which one is more worth it for you.

I used rentpayment for years, it let me charge up to $4K at a time for the $20 flat fee.

Don't you need a legit landlord who is signed up with them to use that?

I used rentpayment for years, it let me charge up to $4K at a time for the $20 flat fee.

How is that sustainable? They're losing money on any amount over ~$1,500... (~$800 for Amex).

I think you have to give your SSN.

Does anyone know if it's a hard or soft pull?

SSN might not be for credit pull, might just be for 1099-K issued for over 200 transactions/annually and $20k/annually.

They just get mailed a check - at the name/address you specify.
